Our Clients, a couple in Roselle on the fringe of retirement, were looking for assistance with space planning their home. They live in a ranch-style home and wanted it to function ideally for years to come. The husband, an engineer and contractor, had been working on developing the new floor plan for quite some time. However, he knew he needed some assistance with overall layout. Keeping the existing footprint of exterior walls and fireplace, we developed designs that restructured interior walls and maximized functionality of the rooms.
